As a Controller at Tribera, you'll play a pivotal role in managing financial operations, supporting business decisions, and ensuring sustainable growth at one of our premier locations.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic reforecasts for the PBSA portfolio.
• Build scenario analyses to support investment decisions, pricing strategies, and capital planning.
• Produce monthly variance analyses (budget vs. actuals) with clear insights into occupancy, revenue performance, operating costs, and NOI.
• Build dashboards and automated reporting for real-time performance tracking across distributed teams.
• Contribute to underwriting for new developments and acquisitions, providing financial insights on expected yields and operating performance.
• Maintain and improve FP&A tools, forecast models, and reporting templates.
• Partner with the Accounting team to ensure accurate month-end close data flows into FP&A models.
