As the Resident Manager at Milestone Living, you'll play a pivotal role in managing property operations, enhancing the resident experience, and driving business success at one of our premier locations.
What You'll Do:
- Customer Acquisition & Marketing: Collaborate with the Corporate Services team to implement local sales and marketing strategies, and identify local partners to strengthen the MILESTONE brand experience.
- Customer Care & Retention: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through community building, prompt response to resident inquiries and complaints, and maintaining a stable living environment.
- Facility Management: Work closely with external suppliers and the Corporate Services team to maintain the optimal condition of the property.
- Operational Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial and operational reporting, adhering to MILESTONE’s business compliance guidelines.
- Quality & Safety: Implement quality management measures, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure residents’ safety through regular drills and access control.
