Are you ready to take on a dynamic role that combines technical expertise, project management, and a passion for customer experience? As the Operation Manager for the D-A-CH & CEE & NL regions, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our properties run smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do:
- Manage Properties: Oversee the technical and operational aspects of our properties, consult with Resident Managers (RMs), and resolve any issues that arise.
- Plan and Execute: Prepare accurate Refurb & Capex Plans, collaborate with service providers, and implement sustainability strategies.
- Optimize Costs: Negotiate utility and service contracts, and execute strategies to achieve cost goals.
- Ensure Quality: Develop and implement Quality Management measures, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with RMs, Head of Operations, and other departments to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
